Five members appointed by the City Commission for 3-year terms
Three of five members must be City residents

Seven members appointed by the City Commission for 4-year terms

CHARTER SCHOOL ADVISORY BOARD
Nine members appointed by the City Commission for 3-year terms
Must be residents of Osceola County
Advise on items pertaining to the
Kissimmee Charter Elementary School

CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD
Seven members appointed by the City Commission for 3-year terms
Adjudicate allegations of City code violations

COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
Seven members appointed by the City Commission for 4-year terms
Members must be a resident or engage in business in the CRA district
Governing board for downtown redevelopment district

FIRE PENSION BOARD
Two members appointed by the City Commission and 3 members chosen by employees for 2-year terms
Advise on Fire Department employees’ pension program

HISTORIC PRESERVATION BOARD
Seven members appointed by the City Commission for 3-year terms
Members must be City residents
Undertake measures relevant to protection, enhancement and perpetuation of properties of historic merit.
