Kissimmee Radio Station- WKOF

The City of Kissimmee obtained approval from the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to launch a Low-Power FM radio station. The station's call letters are WKOF and the frequency is 93.7FM. The City's government access TV channel, Access Osceola, is simulcast on the radio.

Access Osceola is a partnership between: City of Kissimmee, Kissimmee Utility Authority, Toho Water Authority, Osceola County Sheriff's Office, Supervisor of Elections, Osceola County Health Department, and Community Vision, Inc.

In its full broadcasting capacity, the low-powered radio station has an estimated broadcast range of eight to 10 miles within Kissimmee.  The radio signal is used to broadcast information about City programs, services and special events. Additionally, it serves as a tool to issue news bulletins during emergencies and hurricane season.
